Sales and technical representatives from the far corners of the globe met in Turkey this fall at several Eti Maden locations to discuss opportunities to offer even greater value to customers of its boron products worldwide. Presentations and workshops at this first ‘Eti” group international sales meeting included over 100 participants. Various topics were covered, from streamlined logistics and quality to new products and efficient business processes. Several attendees from Etimine USA met face-to-face with their colleagues from Europe, Asia, Russia and Turkey, often for the first time after years of collaborating virtually. All agreed it was a highly productive event, with solutions to some challenges resolved on the spot and plans for others mapped out for next steps.
